Money gone, account vanished — WARNING for all self-employed! I was told to transfer an amount to the newly received IBAN for final verification. I did. Next day: the account no longer exists. No access, no message, no explanation.

Opened a business account, a few months later it was blocked for 'suspicious activity'. I submitted all requested documents and waited weeks more. The result: account cancelled, no reason given, no way to complain.

The service has degraded this last month and is no longer as good as at the start. We can no longer submit questions to the online coach from the app. On top of that it now takes 1 week before they reply. Seriously thinking about switching, I'm disappointed.

When you want to migrate to another Peppol operator, they don't provide you with a migration key. Archaic tool with paid add-ons for every extra feature you want. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Nach der Kündigung sind an meine Kunden noch Rechnungserinnerungen gesendet worden, die komplett unangebrachterweise auf Außenstände hinweisen wollten. Das ist sehr unprofessionell."
The DATEV export didn't work. Bookings were missing and it was impossible to see which accounts were used. After cancellation, invoice reminders were still sent to my clients, pointing to outstanding amounts. That is very unprofessional.

I received an offer email to open a free bank account. The email, the video, and the onboarding only ever mentioned 'free'. Only after completing everything do you learn you need an extra €30/month subscription to use the account benefits. NOWHERE in the email is it mentioned you need a new subscription. Fraud!
